The last drink

Jane is a cheerful bartender who works in the Town bar. Charles is a middle aged mechanic who has recently developed a severe drinking addiction. This short story is set in a fictional town of Ruthford during the New Years Eve when Charles visits the bar and gets into a conversation with Jane which involves their pasts. How will their  lives change after their little chat? This story talks about friendship and explores deep human emotions like love guilt and pain.
