Black girls are often seen as older angrier or more grown than they truly are.From the microsystem to the macrosystem their humanity is often overlooked.They are silenced in classrooms.Judged in their own homes.Excluded in policy decisions.Misrepresented in media.Burdened by community family and generational trauma.This story is a call to change the community and systems around them-not the girls themselves.Let them be heard.Let them be safe.Let them be little.Join us in a poetic emotional journey through the five ecological systems-this time from the lens of a little Black girl whose tenderness and truth are often ignored or punished.
