The Leaders Character

Character refers to the ethical and moral traits of a person. These traits can be used to assist in giving the leader his or her individuality. The character of a person is evident no matter what the situation. Behavior can change but the character or true nature of a person does not. The Leaders Character is the first of three books of the Ethnos Leadership Process which is a principle centered self-evaluating self-reflective 13 week leadership development process.
