The Leaves Of Autumn

Do you feel something stir in you as you walk the roads lined with trees shedding their yellow-orange leaves on a breezy Autumn afternoon with the dulled sun overhead that plays hide and seek with the clouds? These dying leaves bear the untold secrets of a time gone by and rustle unwittingly whispering their songs to the passersby as they float around carried by gentle currents of the wind leaving behind a picturesquely cathartic memory for the observer. This book is a collection of poems written over a period of over seven years which like the leaves of the autumn carries with it the stories of the past. Some stories were easy to recreate while some were complex and hard to articulate. I have however tried to express my feelings and thoughts with the most fitting words that I could find and hope that you can relate to them and can find a little corner in your heart to contain the lingering feelings that these create.
