The Legal Problems of Enforcement of Judgements under Nigerian Law

This book examines the legal problems that have bedeviled judgment enforcement process in Nigeria. The study relied essentially on primary and secondary sources of information. Data obtained from these sources were supplemented with information derived from interactions with legal practitioners as well as court bailiffs. The study revealed that most times in Nigeria the fruits of litigation are elusive to successful litigants due to the intricacies technicalities and complexities of the law of execution of judgment.
