This book although firmly embedded in the fantasy fiction genre is more about a man's struggle to come to terms with the enforced changes in his life. It takes you via the hero Fadrian on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and adventure. The world of Galleth Major is in turmoil more turmoil than anyone could know and is in desperate need of a hero. The trouble is Fadrian doesn't know it. <br>In this the first book of the Legend of Endeavor trilogy the troubles of the known world are only just becoming apparent. Fadrian thoughts are elsewhere though as he tries to find his only surviving kin his son Dratan.
