The Life of Jake

<p>Growing up Jake was a shy timid kid. It wasn't long before that person faded away. The traumatic events that occurred in his household and the domestic abuse he saw were too much to bear. He wanted to close his eyes forever never to see those circumstances again. Nothing seemed to matter to anyone. </p><p><br></p><p>But then one day he woke up and knew what he needed to do. His mind ran away from the trauma as he felt more empowered. The spiral continued until his life changed for the better he thought. His egotistical ways were taking over: money drugs and knives. Was he on the search for a better life or was he just a lost soul trying to make it right? </p>
