The Life of St. Gwynllyw

As the appointed day for resolving the dispute approaches the dean having attended a royal feast is filled with dread over the potential loss of the land. Undeterred he embarks on a perilous journey through inclement weather invoking the protection of Saint Gunlyu. His journey leads him to a miraculous crossing of a divine river and upon his arrival he successfully claims the land for the church through judicial decree.</span></p>
