<p>You are home. Your mind is jumping with anxiety and exhaustion. What do you do?</p><p></p><p>In this tiny book I'm going to attempt to shed light on a mindfulness practice that has been many years in the orchestration. I find these ideas quite soothing. I hope you find in this little book a few tidbits to help you soothe that monkey mind of yours. Today I write as part of my meditation. I've learned that writing for me is very cathartic. Later if I'm able to read my writing to a friend who has attention for me I begin to feel the healing of the process.</p><p></p><p>This is a conversation I have with myself. I hope you can cultivate an observer in your own mind. It can help you label those pesky moods and intrusive thoughts. I am hopeful you can find a few ideas here that calm your own magical LLLM (Large Living Language Model).</p><p>What you are thinking is your life. Your present is 100% mood and thought. Here are some tools to help you explore tuning and fine-tuning your life experience. Get more mindful. Find your way to a calmer life and more health and optimism. I am always here in my mind. The conversations I'm having with me contain my entire conscious life. Beware your thoughts. Mind them. Label them.
