<p>Faith is like breathing for most kids. It takes faith to believe in the things we can't see but as we grow older faith can feel unfamiliar and distant. As we grow up and life happens we often come to the understanding certain ideas we once believed to be true and without question were nothing more than fables and stories handed down from one generation to another. Santa Claus? Birthday Wishes? Just a couple of the ideas kids are willing to accept like we trust the existence of gravity.</p><p> </p><p>Today Jonah Martz turns ten. It's Jonah's birthday and like every special day it comes with a wish and though his faith has been shaken by loss and grief is his faith enough? Will Jonah's faith be enough to help him face the adversity of a painful loss and the determined pitcher on the baseball mound? </p>
