The Lure of a Traitor

<p>Police Officer Natalie Lock takes a new job in order to get away from her past. Little does she know her past is about to catch up with her in the most spectacular way. As she struggles to keep her secrets from her new coworkers she becomes partners with the one person on the force who could completely ruin her.</p><p>Sergeant Zachariah Hail may be blind but that doesn't slow him down. As the city's lead officer in Black Magic Defense nothing involving witches gets past him. Well almost nothing. He and his faithful dragon Copper are known for their ruthlessness in the field but Zach has secrets as well. His own past torments him from the bottom of a bottle and the touch of cheap company. </p><p>Together Hail and Lock are faced with solving the case of a lethal black magic drug that's running rampant through the city.
