The Outside World Was In Turmoil But Those Who Found Survival Units Quickly Enough Existed Until Food And Life Pods Were Exhausted Then Sickness Advanced At An Alarming Rate And The Outlaws Ruled And Roamed In Bands And Took Things Of Value And All The Food. The Most Exposed Outlaws Lost Motor Functions And Good Eyesight And Turned The Corner Toward Cannibalism And Became Pawns To The Outlaws. The Crazy Ones Were Killed For The Sport Yet Each Of The Outlaws Knew Within That The Crazy State Was The Next Step In Their Own Progression To Death. But The Man From The North Would Not Accept The Fate That So Many Feared. He Had His Dog Lobo That He Loved With A Passion And They Looked To Each Other For Security And Love. They Have Travelled Through Hundreds Of Towns In Their Quest To Find Good Healthy People And A Future That Offered New Hope. Zack Had Decided To Sleep Inside A Furniture Store And Slept In A Bed In The Display Window And Lobo Lay Close By. Late In The Night A Soft Growl Warned Zack Of Potential Problems And He Gained His Feet Quietly With Gun In Hand And Eased To Open The Doorway. Less Than A Hundred Feet Away Three People Walked Onward In The Early Morning Rain Seeking Shelter. There Was A Man And Two Women. They Appeared Healthy But The Early Morning Light Revealed Little Else-They Walked Correctly And Their Strides Were Well Spaced. They Were Not In The Sickness. Already Zack Was Smiling Within As He Patted Lobo. The Big Dog Whimpered Slightly And Swished His Tail. There Was No Way That Zachary Bush Could Know That He Was Beginning A Quest That Would Change The Lives Of So Many People But There Was Hope Just Maybe This Threesome Was Healthy With Good Minds And Ideals And Lobo Would Have Three More To Love.
