This study deals with the processes of managing the sports contracts of players from the clubs that play in Mozambique's main and biggest soccer competition Moçambola. The study is of a qualitative descriptive-explanatory cross-sectional nature with the aim of analyzing identifying and describing players' contract management processes. The population of this study was made up of clubs (managers). The sample consisted of 3 club managers (Clube Ferroviário da Beira Grupo Desportivo e Recreativo Textáfrica do Chimoio and Clube 1º de Maio de Quelimane). The data was processed and analyzed according to the categories (variables/questions). The instrument used was a questionnaire adapted from REZENDE (2004) with 30 open questions. The results show that in the process of managing contracts clubs carry out financial economic and sporting analyses of the player and that there are important variables considered in the processes of acquiring or contracting players selling players loans (Granting and Obtaining).
