The Manifesto of the African Peoples Independence Party

African leaders for all their efforts seem unable to prevent their people from starving in the midst of plenty or to provide credible physical social cultural educational health or any infrastructure or process conducive to or commensurate with the endowment of the region. Africa needs a new and workable mindset with regard to its politics its governance and it social organisation.This manifesto is an attempt to provide a model of a political party to be emulated in all current African countries south of the Sahara to truly return them and the management of their affairs to their peoples.
