The research discusses the meanings attributed by secondary school teachers to school indiscipline in the context of the Collective Pedagogical Working Hours (HTPC) in a school of the São Paulo state network in the Piracicaba region. The theme of the discussions among the teachers mediated by the coordinating teacher and researcher was indiscipline a suggestion of the group of teachers participating in the research. The field research involved fourteen secondary school teachers who met for six meetings in the second half of 2009.
