The Mind Predestined for Leadership

This book is one whose teachings is much needed in the church today. Some Pastors today are so old and feeble that they require assistance to get behind their pulpit and are too jealous to pour themselves into another person that they may carry their work on thus leaving a vacuum in leadership? We need to be so empty when our time comes to leave this world that we have nothing left to give that our work may live on after we are gone helping others?
