Nowadays many of us grapple with a lack of self-confidence diminished self-esteem lack of self-belief or at the very least one of these issues. Sometimes we don''t fully realize the extent of these struggles but our behaviors reflect them.This book shares excerpts from a girl''s life story entangled in self-confidence self-esteem and self-belief issues. The situations are analyzed from a third-person perspective throughout the narrative. Months of research studying books and examining similar situations from a psychological standpoint have led to these analyses and conclusions.
