The Nations at Rage

In Psalms 2:1 a very critical question was asked: why do the Nations(Heathen) Rage and the people imagine vain thing?. The same question came up again in Acts 4:25 apparently quoting from the same book of Psalms. In this book The Nations At Rage additional questions were asked.
