The nature educational environment for medical students in TA MS

I work in Addis Ababa University. I have been teaching medical students for 9 years. It is a query in mind to know educational environment of medical school I am engaged in. This work will give an insight how it looks like for researchers students and scholars. It might help future work in this area. The faculty members in Addis Ababa will get this work and see how educational environment the school and how the identified problems will be corrected.
