There is nothing new under the sun. In 428 B.C. Plato was alive to see the power-craze the clash between the democrats and the oligarchs for the control of the government. From the 1930s to 2012 the author did observe the same confl ict between the plutocrats timocrats and the democrats. The author believed in the democracy and that he is the bearer of rights.
