The Newtonian Style absolute space time and motion

The present work analyses in detail Newton''s concepts of absolute space time and motion as well as presenting a description of the method used in the elaboration of Newtonian Physics more precisely in the confection of the Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy. It is also argued that these concepts of absolute space time and motion would have as origin the controversy between Cartesians and Newtonians about the fundamentals of Natural Philosophy. Finally it is shown that these concepts came to serve as a basis for the Newtonian definition of forces and laws of motion.
