He is convinced of having a covenant with a local god KA who directs him to return to the Western world and proclaim his cannibalism and cure. This leads to unfortunate consequences furor in the media wild notoriety before he then undergoes a relapse. He returns to the tribe back to the Highlands in order to find living human flesh and get another remission. Deciding to spend the rest of his days there he chooses to become a shaman caring for the terminally ill intervening on their behalf and at last finding redemption. It takes a certain kind of person to accept cannibalism and Simeon has all the qualifications.
