About the Author: Faheem Iqbal Shayiq has remained a bright student throughout his academic career. After graduating in science he went on to graduate in law from University of Kashmir topping the semester exams. He completed his masters in constitutional law from the same university. During the course itself he qualified the National Eligibilty Test (N.E.T) in law in his maiden attempt following it up with three successful attempts. Mr.Faheem has also a post graduate degree in English. He has specialized in Human Rights Banking laws & published three books which include ‘Human Rights’ ‘Banking History’ & ‘Jammu & Kashmir Protection of Human Rights Act1997: An Analysis’. His experience on the work front include teaching law for a year at Sopore Law College where he taught undergraduate courses in Jurisprudence Constitutional Law & Administrative Law. He has also practiced law at the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir (Srinagar) as an attorney for 2 years. After qualifying the probationary exam of Jammu & Kashmir Bank in 2013 he was appointed Business Unit Head Legal Executive at Chairman’s secretariat & is currently working in Zonal Office Mumbai. The author has written many research papers for international journals besides being a regular contributor of articles in local dailies having written on various social legal & political issues. Apart from his interest in academics he has participated in various sporting events including an International cricket tour to UAE..
