2018 is the final year of our commemorations remembering the bravery of those who fought lived and died in the First World War. Beryl has written this book to honour her father who left her his war memoirs in order to pay the deepest love and respect to all those who served and died for King and country. On the centenary of the Armistice this nation will give thanks for peace & for those that returned and remember the sacrifice of the 908000 soldiers from Great Britain & the British Empire who died. This book is the best tribute she could make.
