The One That Got Away

<p>For over thirty years with fly rod in hand Tim Peters’ travels to diverse places involve trips as simple as an afternoon at a state park to complex backcountry adventures.  His experiences include angling for trout bluegill or bass whilst surrounded by the majestic beauty of Yellowstone National Park the remote peacefulness of the Catskills the clear streams of the Ozarks and the swift waters of the Great Smoky Mountains.   He has ventured to Lake Miguel Aleman in northern Mexico and across the pond to the quiet flowing rivers of central Ireland.  Tim’s love for the outdoors has now led him to employ his talents as a fly fishing instructor and guide for a renowned nature park.</p><p>With the author’s obvious passion for all things fly fishing the reader becomes Tim’s companion able to recall his own experiences in nature and to become inspired to traverse the stream once again to create his own new adventures.  Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the light hearted writing and the humor found in the adventures as well as the depth of his reflections fit for encouraging the younger generation to develop their own passion for the beauty of the great outdoors.  Life lessons taught in joyful anecdotes that reach even those who do not yet know the difference between a fly rod and a fishin’ pole…while even teaching same.</p>
