Ancestors lived for thousands of years without death or illness. It is a wonder for us. It was not any wonder for them. It may not be any wonder for  science  and  future generations...... Some of those mineral elements merged with our Ancestors body elements at electronic level and redirected the metabolism which resulted in prolonged life. Even the basic metabolic rate was changed. Used waste cells in the body were disintegrated to sub-atomic particles so that it did not accumulate as wastage blocking blood vessels looking for drainage which also contribute to aging.
