The opportunity and threats for the selected Ukraine company

The book presents the analysis of the major threats and opportunities for selected company during the entering the international market. The approach of individual authors to the concept of management is analyzed and the theoretical background of international management and international market is introduced. There are described the basic strategies for entering the international market. Also it points out the main threats and opportunities for all Ukrainian companies at the present time. The research shows analysis of the financial and economic activity of the selected company Limited Liability Company Trade and production company Lvivholod. According to the results of SWOT analysis it also describes the main threats and opportunities for the company in entering the international market. It was proposed the most optimal strategy to enter the international market. Last but not least it was represented the recommendations for development company based on observations of previous analyses.
