The demand for art zoomed from decorative into functional. There is need to balance the producer population with that of the clientele. The seller to buyer ratio is out of equilibrium. Hence there is need to balance the total number of Sellers with buyers. The lack of more buyers is creating and widening a cycle of poverty. Hence there is need to close this gap.
