The Other Side of 40: A Devotional Journey To and Through the Wilderness was birthed from the story of Jesus having just been baptized being led of the Spirit to the wilderness to be tempted. For as long as we live and breathe we will have those what are called wilderness experiences. But the good news is that the wilderness is not a stopping point but rather a passing point. Wilderness experiences come they last for a season and they pass; thus the Other Side of 40. Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness battled His flesh battled the Devil and came out on the other side victorious. This devotional journey is designed to empower encourage and remind the reader that you can walk confidently through the wilderness and that victory is more than a dream it's guaranteed!
