The Pandemic: Through The Eyes Of An 8-Year -Old

<p>Pandemic a completely new word for me. In my eight years of life I had no idea about any such thing. Then came March 2020 when suddenly my school was shut down. Then came the Lockdown in my State. I could not understand why all this was happening. I heard my parents and other family members discussing a virus called Coronavirus. I saw a lot about it on TV too. It was all over the news channels and newspapers. Then one day our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shut down the whole nation. I saw on TV that many countries have also shut down. Then after some days people starting dying in huge numbers. That was so scary.</p><p>Papa told me that this is a Pandemic that the world is fighting. Now it is almost 10 months since I am witnessing this </p><p><br/>a pandemic called Covid- 19 and during this period I got confused because sometimes I am very happy as I get to do so many things which I could not during the normal time. But sometimes I am also very sad because there are so many things I am unable to do because of this pandemic. So in this book I want to tell whether covid-19 is a hero or a villain for me.
