The Paradoxical Contain(H)er is a collection of poems and songs from the trenches of a survivor's soul from the grimy mines of a woman's over-excavated heart. It is a million voices of anger and sorrow and a million reasons to scream shout cry fight never give up or give in for there is indeed light at the end of the proverbial many tunnels of life.
