Ujwal Mantha is an interdisciplinary artist currently based in Toronto. His work prioritizes concepts over mediums and revolves around stories. Hes also the one writing this bio and feels a bit pretentious for using the third person. So I wont. As I was saying I like stories and Im especially interested in how they can be used as ways to discuss identity culture and imagination. Im currently working on a large project of which the Patchwork House is a small part: The Fragile Empires Project. What if people werent individuals but entire communities unto themselves?
