The Perception of Career Success for People with Disabilities

This book seeks to analyse career above all through what makes a person perceive that they are succeeding in their career. As such this book aligns the perception of career success with People with Disabilities as this is an audience that represents diversity - typically seen as variations in gender ethnicity nationality sexual orientation physical abilities social class age and other socially significant categorisations such as people with disabilities and their insertion and inclusion in organisations.
