Now I have a boundary that protects the peace I worked hard to achieve.</p><p></p><p>My emotional independence stems from self-love which is intrinsically rewarding and does not rely on external validation. As a result this authenticity fuels my positive energy and forms the foundation for meaningful relationships.</p><p></p><p>When I forgive myself I find it easier to forgive others because recognizing my own virtues and flaws helps me recognize theirs as well.</p><p></p><p>When faced with disrespect I respond from a place of self-love showing how deeply I value myself.</p>
