Damon Richardson is a young Ivy League-educatedAfrican American who was raised in a comfortableintegrated suburb. Confident in his abilities andconvinced that his background shields him from racialprejudice he lands a job at an advertising firm where hehopes to quickly climb the career ladder.Josh Ford works at the same firm yet has a vastly differentpast.
