THE P.E.R.T. METHOD

The term P.E.R.T. stands for Program (or Project) Evaluation and Review Technic which means Program or Project Evaluation and Review Technic or Program Development and Review Technic or Program Scheduling and Control Technic.The PERT method is a conventional method used in project management.
