Thirty five years after the detonation of the atomic bomb over Nagasaki and the withdrawal of the spirit of Jesus Christ from Earth down-at-the-heels PI Phaeton Troupe is hired to unravel the mystery of the disappearance of Natalie Pierce a college co-ed.
