The phenomenon of money laundering

In this book I try to find out what is at the root of the money laundering phenomenon: transnational organised crime and the formation of mafias. And secondly how to combat this phenomenon by launching a new international language; based on the needs of human beings in poor countries as well as in rich countries. Such as the lack of social security equality justice ethics and morality... in today''s globalized world. As a result this book proposes recommendations that should be binding and enforceable at the international level.
