The Phenomenon of Public Subject Civil Liability

This book is a study of issues involving the intersectoral legal regulation of relations that arise as a result of damages incurred by individuals and legal entities that were inflicted by legal subjects such as public law formations and public authorities. Legal regulations of different branches of the Russian law are also analysed but there is made a conclusion about the civil nature of public subjects liability as a measure of balance between private and public interests.
