The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community • Education • Arts' unique annual Indiana-based creative anthology project that includes original prose poetry song lyrics and artwork imagesby a variety of writers (poetry & prose) and artists. The annual publication has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world.Community • Education • Arts Press is a division of Community • Education • Arts Inc. (CEArts) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization consisting of four dedicated volunteers. It is based in Noblesville Indiana with a global reach. CEArts is the home of diverse arts opportunities including two annual projects Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review.
