This book tells you the importance of continuity in your life. It teaches you how continuity works and how it pushes you daily towards your goal and how easily you achieve your goal. In this book I try to explain in short how you learn the concept of continuity from others after reading this book you only need to apply this concept to yourself. Due to the continuity of our respiration and the continuity of blood flow in our vanes we are alive today and reading this book. Due to the continuity among our organs we grow daily we only need to nourish ourselves with good thoughts and good thoughts come from good learning which makes you aware of yourself your area of interest your duties your goals etc.
