About The Book

The human mind is a beautiful and complex energy system. It is the foundation of all our actions – whether good or bad. And that mind is a garden where beautiful flowers blossom and weeds grow. Flowers are the self-elevating thought patterns and weeds are the self-limiting thought patterns. The seeds from weeds will grow even more weeds. More the weeds less the produce. So if you want to optimize your flower production then you need to get rid of the weeds from the garden. In other words when self- destructive thoughts in the mind are minimized then the self- elevating thoughts will propel us to act in a constructive and progressive manner. However that is not enough. It is true that self-enhancing thoughts lead to constructive action but to get optimum results we first need to systematize those self-enhancing thoughts and convert them towards the main goal. To understand this better let us take the example of something we were very fond of doing in our childhood – burning a paper with a magnifying glass. The sun’s rays were there even before using the magnifying glass yet it did not burn the paper. Also we know that the magnifying glass does not increase the strength of sun’s rays. Then how did the paper burn when the magnifying glass was positioned above it? It converged the rays into a single point so as to get more power! In the same way when we converge these self- elevating thoughts in a systematic step-by-step manner it will help us take great decisions and achieve our goal at a faster rate with less effort and increased efficiency. This process is of utmost importance because all thoughts create an impression in our mind about something – it can be an addition to something you already know or a disruption of something you already know or something totally beyond your knowledge. It can be right or wrong. It can reinforce your wrong beliefs or it can disrupt your existing notions.
