The Prime Target: Life Alongside Jeffrey Dahmer - Inside the Oxford Apartments

The Prime Target is a fascinating and gruesome insight into the life and crimes of the serial killer necrophiliac and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer whilst he resided at the Oxford Apartments in Milwaukee Wisconsin the building where he murdered dismembered and sometimes ate body parts of 12 of his 17 victims. The author Sopa Princewill was the resident manager at the Oxford Apartmentsfrom the time that Dahmer murdered his third victim there to the time of his arrest in July 1991.
