The Productivity Approach to Value Book Description Larry L Osborn has contributed to The Productivity Approach to Value as an author.Osborn received his B.S. degree from Valley State College and did fifteen hours of work toward a Masters in Biochemistry from North Dakota State University. He taught high school for four years worked in private industry and was a full-time farmer for fifteen years. In 1980 he began working in the assessing business. In 1988 he became the Director of Tax Equalization for Richland County in Wahpeton ND. He is past president of the North Dakota Association of Assessing Officers.
