The proper administration of justice in Cameroon

This book focuses on the proper administration of justice by examining a number of aspects of administrative law. Both the substantive and procedural dimensions of this branch of public law are taken into account. These two dimensions each provide interesting elements for identifying the effectiveness of good administration in Cameroon. Substantive administrative law enables us to grasp the rules governing administrative and jurisdictional institutions as well as their relations with individuals. Procedural administrative law on the other hand enables us to understand the rules applicable within administrative jurisdictions and above all the horizontal and vertical relationships between them on the one hand and the relationships they maintain with individuals on the other.
