The Quarterly Review under Gifford

This is an attempt to bring together the large amount of published and unpublished information as to who wrote what during <i>The Quarterly's</i> first fifteen years. Of the 733 articles published in <i>The Quarterly</i> under Gifford's editorship the authors of 616 have been identified. Sixty others have been tentatively identified.
