Thirty-five years after the end of World War II Jacques Jouvert a Nazi collaborator who sent thousands to their death in Vichy France is spotted in upstate New York setting off an explosive chain of events and changing three people's lives forever.</p><I>Sam Reed</I>-A highly successful movie magnate Reed holds a powerful secret.
