The Quisling

The Quisling is a contemporary action thriller that follows the story of psychiatrist Dr. Zack Scarlatto who becomes involved with a volatile and violent Mexican drug cartel. Its dangerous to be even remotely associated with the gang and to make matters worse Zack falls in love with a woman named Maria whose husband Carlos is uncovered as a traitor of the organization and has disappeared. Zack knows who--and more importantly where--Carlos (the quisling) is. As such Zack is a valuable player in the gangs effort to locate and kill him.Navigating a world of abuse suicide dysfunctional personalities and organized violence Zack must decide if the woman he has fallen in love with is worth risking his career for--and if its indeed even possible to build a life together in the dark shadow of crime he has come to inhabit.
