Within the affected area for every second that passed by inside of the Blue Hole Radius twenty-three and a half years passed by outside of the Blue Hole Radius.Benjamin Reilly is an aircraft mechanic working at Ontario International Airport. Eileen Rivera is an emergency room nurse working at Loma Linda University Hospital.
