<p>The Ramblings of a Dreamer is a journey to make sense of complex topics through a personal lens. It is a collection of first-person poems illuminating <strong>the voice of a hopeful young individual in a world often bound by realism and fear:</strong></p><p> </p><p>I was fifteen years old and I was learning all over again what it meant to love and hurt to dream and fear. I was philosophizing about the spaces between reality and about the girl in class sitting next to me all gathered in notebook margin scribblings. The world was too vast and too rigid and people barely listened without laughing about young love innocence and dreamers.</p><p> </p><p>It is a discovery that love can be transformational and it can be confining. Pain can be loud and it can be quiet. Healing sometimes can come from confronting your demons and other times from running away. Moving on can mean coming to terms with the fact that you're not okay and trusting yourself to keep fighting regardless. This book confronts the light and the shadowed aspects of being a dreamer.
